TMMR Release Notes
October 2026
Hey, thank you for being part of the team here at TMMR. Update 1.7.1 is the follow-up to 1.7.0. Most of it comes from what you reported in the first weeks on Network and the Booking Workspace. The two biggest asks are in: require a card before a guest confirms, and open every tab of a booking as soon as you save it. We also fixed 12 bugs.
The guest saves a card before confirming. You decide if and when to charge it.
The booking form has a new Require card for reservation toggle. With it on, the guest's confirmation page asks for a card and keeps the Confirm button locked until one is saved. Stripe holds the card; TMMR does not charge it. Later you can bill it for the deposit, the balance, or a no-show from the Invoice page.
Every tab opens after Save. The guest's confirmation no longer gates your work.
In 1.7.0 the Itinerary, Invoice, and other tabs stayed locked until the guest confirmed. Most of you build the itinerary first and send second, so the lock was in the way. Every tab now opens as soon as the booking is saved. The Overview still shows the guest's next step; it just does not stop you.
Inspection still waits for a driver and a vehicle, since there is nothing to inspect until both are assigned.
Extra pickups are editable where you plan the day.
Extra pickup locations used to appear in the Journey list as read-only cards with a link back to the booking form. You can now edit them in place. + Add another pickup opens a dialog for the address and an optional time, and each pickup card has Edit and Remove.
Per-stop Reservation Time is also saved now. Set a 12:30 tasting on a stop, save or submit, and it reads 12:30 when you or the guest come back. Departure times stay anchored to it instead of falling back to the arrival estimate.
The driver's screens, as tabs on the booking.
The driver's Route view and Post-Tour form are now tabs in the Booking Workspace. From one booking you can follow stop progress and read the reported times, mileage, and tip alongside the itinerary and invoice.
The Overview's Review Guest Itinerary button opens the itinerary inside the workspace. A tour you took in from a partner shows Farmed-in with the partner's name in place of a next action, since the origin company owns those steps.
Sign in with Stripe now returns you to Billing and finishes the connection.
Some of you connected Stripe, were sent back to TMMR, and still saw "Not connected." The return from Stripe landed on the Basic Info tab, and the final step of the connection only runs on the Billing tab, so it never ran. It now lands on Billing and completes. The Require card toggle on the booking form also updates right away, instead of after your next login.
Most of these came from you. Keep them coming.
| Where | What was wrong, and what we did |
|---|---|
| Invoice | A tour that ran past its base hours showed the Overtime line at $0.00, so the total was short. Overtime now charges whenever billable hours exceed the base, and the rate you see is the rate that is charged. |
| Booking form | Adding a second pickup, saving, removing it, and saving again left the old pickup on the itinerary. The removal now saves. |
| Guest itinerary | If a guest added a stop and removed it while travel times were still calculating, the removed stop could come back and be submitted. It now stays removed, and times no longer land on the wrong stop after a removal. |
| Guest itinerary | Per-stop Reservation Time was dropped on submit and on save. It is now stored and read back for you and the guest. |
| Network profile | Typing a two-digit year into the insurance expiry date, like 7/29/27, was stored as the year 27 and shown as Expired. The field now requires a four-digit year and says so. |
| Card on file | A card the guest saved never showed as on file for you, and reloading the confirmation page asked the guest for it again. The saved card now shows in the booking header and on the invoice, and the guest is not asked twice. |
| Itinerary | The optional time on an extra pickup did not save and was blanked on edit. It now saves and reloads. |
| Stripe Connect | Signing in with Stripe returned you to Basic Info instead of Billing and the connection never completed. It now lands on Billing and completes. |
| Booking form | After connecting Stripe, Require card for reservation stayed disabled until you logged out and back in. It now enables immediately. |
| Overview | A tour you took in from a partner showed a next-step action you could not take. It now shows Farmed-in with the partner's name. |
| Account menu | A long admin name broke the Company quick-view layout. It now truncates. |
| Forms | Phone fields on the Team, driver, and booking forms took raw digits, the driver hourly rate was a plain number box, and the license number had no length limit. Phones now format as you type, the rate shows as dollars, and the license field stops at 15 characters. |
Most of 1.7.1 came from operators telling us what was in the way. If something in your day still is, tell us.
