What is the Operator Network?

A built-in feature that lets you save trusted tour operators and route overflow bookings to them. You earn a referral fee. The guest gets a great tour from someone you vetted.

Is this a marketplace?

No. You control who is in your network. You decide which tours go out and to whom. There is no public listing, no bidding, and no strangers.

How do payouts work?

You set payout terms per partner: revenue split (percentage) or flat rate (dollar amount). You can also make a custom offer on a per-tour basis.

What if a partner declines my offer?

The booking stays with you. You can send it to another partner or handle it yourself. Nothing is lost.

Can I receive tours from other operators?

Yes. The network works both ways. You can farm tours out and accept incoming offers from operators who have you in their network.

Does the guest know about the handoff?

No. The experience is invisible to the guest. They book with one company and receive a great tour, regardless of which operator runs it.

Is the Operator Network included in my subscription?
